Absolutely not! There is no obligation for you to subscribe, you only order meals as and when it suits you – it’s that easy!

To login simply go to the top right hand corner of each page and click 'login'. This will take you to the login page where you will need to enter your username and password to continue. To logout simply go to 'My Account' in the top right hand corner, this will then take you to a page which gives you the option to logout on the right.

To update your account details go to 'My Account' and select 'Profile' from the options listed. Here you can change any of your details, including your name, password etc.

By use of this website, you consent to Well-Fed holding personal and special data about you for the purposes of supplying a meal delivery service to you. The Company will not share your data with third party outside agencies. In the event you close your account with us, we will safely remove your data from our records.

Here at Well-Fed, we believe in keeping it simple. That's why none of our recipes require any, out-of-the-ordinary equipment. As a general rule, you will always need a chopping board, sharp knife, saucepan, or baking tray.

We want to make your recipes as convenient as possible for you, which is why we portion out all of our ingredients. All that you will require is a splash of any oil, such as olive oil, vegetable oil, or sunflower oil, as well as salt and pepper to season. 

As a general rule, our meat will always have a shelf life of 5 days from the day of delivery and must always be stored in the fridge. We recommend that you store all vegetables in the fridge to maximise their shelf life. However, cupboard items such as our spice mixes, rice, pasta, etc can all be stored in the cupboard.

For Cook Easy dishes and Slow Cooker bags all use-by's can be found on the front label of the bag. Generally, the shelf-life is dictated by the shelf-life of the meat within the bag.

For all vegetables and vegetarian recipes we advise they are best to be used within 5 days of delivery.

For our Easy ready meals, all use-by's are displayed on the bottom label of the ready meal tray.

Our fresh meats are fine to freeze if they are frozen by their use-by date. If you know you won't use them before their use-by date, we recommend you freeze them as soon as possible.

Once the dishes have been cooked they are fine to be frozen.

We wouldn't recommend freezing any of the fresh vegetables provided.

For cook easy dishes and slow cooker bags, all of the ingredients are on the back label of the recipe bag.

For our Easy ready meals, all of the ingredients and allergen information are listed on the label of the underside of the ready meal tray.

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. That's why we always use recycleable packaging where we can.

Ordering:

All of our meals are made personally to order for each customer. With this in mind, all orders need to be placed by Wednesday at 3pm for delivery the following week. Any orders placed after this will not be delivered the following week.
There is no minimum order! Simply select as many meals as you would like.
If you would like to make any changes to your order you will need to call our offices via 01244819543. Here we can make changes to your order, provided this is before the cut off point.
To view your previous orders, selection 'My Account' from the top right hand corner of the screen. From here, you can find any of your previous orders under 'Order History'.
To access previous orders you need to go to ' Your Account'. Here there is a section titled 'Order History' where you will find any orders you have made previously. Here you have the option to 'Re-order Items' but the availability will depend on the current week's menu.

Delivery and returns:

Currently, we are working in partnership with various centres across Flintshire and the Wirral where we operate a 'Click and collect' service. All orders placed via our website will be delivered to one of our meal collection hubs, the details of which can be found here.
All orders placed before Wednesday at 3pm are scheduled to be delivered the following week. All delivery days and times for each collection hub can be found on the collection hub page which you can access here.
To find out about our collection hubs please follow the link here. Here you will find the details of each hub including the collection times, as well as the address. There is a useful tool for you to input your postcode. This will then tell you how many miles each collection hub are to you.
Delivery is completely free of charge!
As we work in partnership with different centres our collection times are dictated by their opening times. Therefore no changes can be made to delivery days or times.
As we produce all of our meals made to order spefically for you, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is collected in line with the hub opening times. In the event that you are unable to collect your order, please contact us directly on 01244819543. Unfortunately, we are not currently in a position to offer any refunds in this circumstance.
When possible Well-Fed will make every attempt possible not to alter any scheduled deliveries. However, in some circumstances, delivery days may be altered due to a public bank holiday. Please check your email confirmation and the scheduled delivery date at the point of ordering.
In the event you wish to return your order, you must notify Well-Fed within 7 days of your delivery by contacting 01244819543. You will then be asked to follow our returns procedure and instructions of how to return your order. Refunds will only be issued after the evidence submitted is reviewed in line with our returns procedure.
We instruct all customers to check the contents of their order for damage immediately. In the event your order or part of the order is damaged then you must notify Well-Fed within 24 hours of your delivery by contacting 01244819543. You will then be asked to follow our returns procedure and instructions of how to return your order. Refunds will only be issued after the evidence submitted is reviewed in line with our returns procedure.
In the event that your order has not been delivered please check your confirmation email to check the scheduled delivery date is correct. If you find that you are still missing your order please contact us immediately on 01244819543. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order but in the event that we are unable to, your order will refunded in full.
